Al-Qaida No. 2 Says US Being Defeated In New Video

Al-Qaida second-in-command Ayman al-Zawahri said the US is being defeated in Afghanistan, Iraq and in other regions in a new video released Thursday, the latest in a series put out by the terror network to mark the anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States.
