Video: Aid Delayed: EU police block Russian convoy at Kosovo 'border'

The near five-month-long stand-off in the majority Serb-populated Northern Kosovo has taken a new twist. A Russian humanitarian convoy was stopped by EU controlled police at one of the troubled border checkpoints. Moscow says it's a purely political move. But for Serbs on the ground, this delay means another day without vital supplies, as RT's Igor Ogorodnev reports.
