Deported Asylum-Seeker Brought Back to the Netherlands

HAARLEM - The Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) has been forced to bring Abdullahi Adam Abdullahi back to the Netherlands. A court ruled that although he had a Tanzanian passport, it had not been established that he is Tanzanian.

Abdullahi came to the Netherlands from the Somali capital of Mogadishu, using an original Tanzanian passport. According to the district court in Haarlem, the asylum-seeker was wrongfully deported to Tanzania. (...)
