Video: Longview Mosque nearing completion

LONGVIEW, TEXAS - Construction on longview's controversial first mosque is nearly done. The mosque began construction in January in the residential neighborhood of Amy street off Judson road. Neighbors at first protested the mosque but owners say the controversy seems to have died down. The Islamic center of Longview says they chose the property because it was donated.
