OIC calls for blasphemy law

The largest association of Muslim countries, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), proposed establishing international laws prohibiting blasphemy. Secretary General Ekmelledin Ihsanoglu believes that "the world should stop hiding behind the rhetoric of freedom of speech."
