Islamist group threatens the UK

The Somalia-based militant Islamist group Al-Shabaab has threatened to carry out terrorist attacks against Britain for the extradition of an Islamic preacher for trial in the US.

The nightmare Britain is bound to face will exceed the horrors of July 7th 2005, when a series of public transport explosions in London killed 52 people, an Al-Shabaab message posted on the Internet says. (continue reading...)
