It has come to our attention that the failed British National Party (BNP) fundraiser Jim Dowson has latched onto the anti-jihadist cause for his latest scam by way of a false campaign to "Free Tommy Robinson" : https://www.britainfirst.org/support-tommy-robinson

All decent patriots of all parties and organisations need to be aware that this false campaign is merely a ruse to gather names and addresses for a database that you will be entered into and vigorously bombarded with letters begging for money.

Jim Dowson, the man behind the fundraising arm of Britain First, has a documented history of latching onto causes that he can exploit — all of which have gone bust or have folded. For example:

Solas NI
A fundraising enterprise for injured victims of the Northern Ireland conflict.

Life League UK
A fundraising enterprise for ‘victims of abortion’.

BNP
A fundraising enterprise for victims of multiculturalism.

Britain First
A fundraising enterprise for victims of previous failed efforts to raise money from gullible BNP members.

Now all of these have failed or have gone bust he has turned his attentions to the English Defence League — which he thinks is ‘ripe for the picking’!

DON’T FALL FOR IT!

They will harvest your name and address and bombard you with spam, begging letters and emotional appeals dating from the 1980s era of pyramid sales and Readers Digest "Once In a Lifetime” offers.

Britain First do not have Tommy, the EDL, British Freedom, patriots or anyone else at heart — they are a profit making organisation. Plain and simple.

We strongly advise you not to attend any Britain First event and not to give them your name, address or email address. Beware especially of fake petitions designed purely to add you to their database.

As you will see from the above, no accounts have been filed (as is often the case with Jim Dowson’s companies/ scams). It’s almost guaranteed that they will NEVER submit accounts before going belly up. Jim Dowson once bought a ‘Mission in Spain’ for ‘abortion victims’ via his previous scam — the UK Life League — that he went on to rent to the BNP as a training HQ that happens also to be his holiday home. UK Life League, of course, has since gone bust.

Jim purchased an Internet ‘Minister’ title to fool people into thinking he was an ordained minister. He also purchased an Internet ‘Master Fund Raiser’ title to impress his gullible victims.
