Al Jazeera as Voice of Qatar (as Voice of Muslim Brotherhood)

dianawest.net 7 January 2013
By Diana West

Before we heard that Al Gore's Current TV had rejected Glenn Beck's The Blaze TV as a buyer for, as Beck put it, "legacy" reasons and selected Al Jazeera as its white knight instead, Fjordman passed along this December 25 Deutche Welle interview with Aktham Suliman, Al Jazeera's former Berlin correspondent.

Suliman argues that Al Jazeera's coverage is a policy instrument of its owners the Qataris, who, as he puts it, "tend toward the Muslim Brotherhood." Saudi-investor-funded Al Arabiya TV, on the other hand, is more Salafist. Big difference? Hah -- not when it comes to extending sharia. "Generally speaking, the Arab media landscape is very uniform," Suliman adds.

EU uses crisis and immigration to get more power

EuropeNews 3 January 2013
By Nicolai Sennels

To EU it is all about power. Of course EU knew about the poor economies of especially the South European countries but used the situation like any other mafia and lended even more money to them so they could use it as an excuse for demanding power over the indebted nations

Not surprisingly it was EUs own honey pot that lured populist and opportunist - and primarilly Leftist - politicians to make risky plans for the future because they knew they would share the bill for their own supersized welfare services and low production with the rest of the Euro zone - as promised by the "helpful" EU.

With rules inforced by a self appointed commission, including a president whose name only few remember, EU breaks open our national borders and force us to live with millions of people with completely other values.

The Islamization of France in 2012

Gatestone Institute 3 January 2013
By Soeren Kern

Muslim immigrants and their supporters have been using a combination of lawsuits, verbal and physical harassment -- and even murder -- to silence debate about the rise of Islam

Opinion surveys show that to voters in France -- home to an estimated 6.5 million Muslims, the largest Muslim population in the European Union -- Islam and the question of Muslim immigration have emerged in 2012 as a top-ranked public concern. The French, it seems, are increasingly worried about the establishment of a parallel Muslim society there.

But government efforts this year to push back against the Islamization of France were halting and half-hearted and could be described as "one step forward, two steps back." A chronological review of some of the main stories involving the rise of Islam in France during 2012 includes:
